The PlatinumPay File Transfer Agent (PFTA) is a safe and secure way
to transfer files to and from your PlatinumPay Desktop and your
local PC.

Simplified Printing Add-on
Due to the nature of thin-client computing, some printers might not
be compatible with our PlatinumPay servers which prevents them from
being available from your PlatinumPay Desktop. To fix this, download
and install our Simplify Printing add-on which will make all your
printers available.

PlatinumPay System Configuration
Local System Configuration
PlatinumPay User Configuration requires two settings
on your computer's internet browser
to be specifically set. Your browser may already be enabled to
"Run
ActiveX controls and plug-ins" & "Script ActiveX controls marked
safe for scripting", but if not you must make those changes.
