HR Ledger’s customer focus has deep roots in our philosophy.  We work with business service professionals like insurance and pension brokers and HR and business consultants - so your first contact with us may come from someone who is already a trusted advocate.  We provide you with a personal payroll and/or benefits specialist so you have a consistent contact who is familiar with you and your needs.  More important we provide you with supportive HR coaching.  Our in-house HR professionals respond to your routine HR questions by phone, fax, email, or mail.  When necessary they will research a question to provide a more authoritative and up-to-date response.  For onsite HR support, policy making, handbooks, recruiting, etc., we coordinate our service with our affiliate HR consulting partners.

  • Personalized Service

    • HR Ledger™ is dedicated to personal service.  Our relationships frequently begin with an endorsement by someone who is already a trusted advocate.  It might be an insurance broker, business coach, pension advisor, accountant, or HR Consultant.  Our sales managers can then custom tailor a package to meet each customer’s needs.  Once on board our clients are assigned a personal specialist for payroll and benefits – someone who knows them and their needs.  In addition, back-up staff are pre-assigned to cover vacation or personal time to assure that a qualified specialist is always available.

  •  HR Coaching

    • In addition to assisting with compliance, HR Ledger provides you with HR coaching.  Our HR Professionals are available by phone, email, or fax during working hours for routine HR questions.  The most common is the busy employer who has to terminate an employee and wants to be sure it’s done properly (to help minimize potential and costly employee actions.)  When needed, HR Ledger has a wide range of professional affiliates, such as HR Consulting firms, to whom we refer our clients.  We make every effort to help you mitigate your potential liabilities.  With HR Ledger behind you, you can be more confident with employee relations – and that confidence spreads to your employees.

  • Network of Professionals

    • We prefer that our clients retain their own team of trusted professionals for services like retirement plans, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, business insurance, and human resource advisors.  HR Ledger is committed to assisting your chosen team of professionals by providing them with administrative services and data critical to supporting the service they provide you and your employees.

    • We believe that an employer should never have to change professional advisors to get the convenience and piece of mind of an integrated package.  In the event, however, our clients need a reliable expert we are happy to recommend a local affiliate with products and services that we currently connect with and trust in their abilities to serve you.

    • HR Ledger seeks lasting solutions for our clients.  We’d like you to be a client for life - so we don’t offer solutions that only look good at the front end.  For example, we use package pricing so you know up front what you are getting and what it will cost you.  We don’t want you to review our service down the road and be confused and annoyed by surprise charges – leaving you feeling nickel’d & dime’d to death.  HR Ledger is not just payroll, we are your back office partner.
