Pay Cards

Paper checks are becoming a thing of the past.  Direct deposit has taken over as the primary vehicle to pay an employee.  However, Direct Deposit does not resolve all issues.  For many reasons a lot of employees today don’t have a banking relationship.  Cashing their check is a problem and leaves them vulnerable to the expensive check cashing services. "Pay Cards" or "Debit cards" can resolve this problem while providing many more benefits:

  • Cash immediately available to employees at no expense
  • Temporary cards available to pay terminated employees immediately
  • Expense account cards with better controls and cash flow than expense reports
