Telephone System Upgrade

Or as we are referring to it “Black Friday”. Yes, our pessimistic side is showing.

On Friday March 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm HR Ledger is scheduled for a replacement of our phone system. Our current system, more than 7 years old, is being replaced. The new system is much more flexible, allowing us to make changes as needed.

Our goal is for our communication with you our customers to be more agile. It will allow us to handle increased volume of call (with better service levels), integrate better with our software platforms and control costs.

Unfortunately all those improvements come with a little pain . . . the conversion. We are already getting reports of our 800 # having a service interruptions. Remember you can call 530-887-3812 or email us at payroll.team@hrledger.com
